Ben Mortimer

Owner, Carpenter, Kiwi

I’ve been living in Montana for almost a decade and have been building for even longer. My intro into carpentery started with doing volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity in Missoula. From there I built tiny homes and did remodels before moving the the US in 2017. Having moved from sub-tropical New Zealand to sub-arctic Montana, I pursued a job that would keep me warm in these cold winters. And so began the road to my expertise in interior finish trim. I enjoy the challenge of making creative solutions to unique problems. I 3D model my custom work to streamline the build process and give the client a clear idea of what the end product might look like. I have an eye for detail, a creative mind, and practical problem solving skills.

I live with my wife, daughter and two dogs. I enjoy playing soccer, mountain biking and the great outdoors.
